◤肥丁葡萄液種
◤首 48 小時
- 綠葡萄乾 30g (必須無水無油無速干劑)
- 礦泉水 120 ml
- 有蓋便攜水瓶
◤第 3~15 天疊加培養每天更換 (依據酵液的狀態)
- 每天保留 30 ml 舊液
- 新葡萄乾 30 g
- 新礦泉水 120 ml
收液整瓶連同葡萄乾冰箱冷藏即可
使用前24小時疊加培養一次
◤第2週~3 個月
- 至少每週進行疊加培養1次
- 有空就去換換新葡萄新水就可以了
◤6個月或以上
- 至少每1個月進行疊加培養1次

- 瓶子不用清洗
- 如果蓋瓶沒有露口

◤葡萄液種 Grape Wild Yeast Liquid Starter
◤The first 48 hours
- Green raisins 30g (must be free of water, oil, and quick-drying agents)
- Mineral water 120 ml
- Portable water bottle with a lid
◤Perform stacked cultivation from Day 3 to Day 15 (depending on the state of the yeast solution).
- Reserve 30 ml of the old liquid daily
- Raisins 30 g
- New Mineral Water 120 ml
- Place the yeast liquid along with the raisins into the fridge
- Store the liquid in a bottle in the refrigerator when finished
◤Cultivation duration: From 2 Weeks to 3 months
- Perform Stacked cultivation at least once a week.
- When you have time, you can go change to new grapes and new water
◤Half Year Later
- Conduct overlay culture at least once every month.
◤Tips
- Bottles do not need to be washed
- If the bottle cap does not have an opening, do not shake while inflating
- Mush Open the lid when shaking
