- Demerara 原蔗糖 Raw Cane Sugar 100 g
- 全蛋液 Eggs 120 g
- 淡奶油 Whipping Cream 120 g
- 葡萄酵液 Grape Yeast Liquid 106 g
◤後下
- 無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter 56 g
- 海鹽 Salt 12 g
