萬聖節將至,肥丁童心大發,製作應節小吃。老實說,萬聖節甜品的色素廷嚇人的,做裝飾還好,吃進肚裏真要三思 ﹗ 肥丁一看到怪獸手指餅這造形就很喜歡,第一次在外國的一個網站看到,原材料是芝士條,後來發現台灣已有人改成餅乾食譜,完全沒有色素,做法簡單,很適合親子一起製作。

材料 ( 份量 10 – 12 根 )

  • 無鹽牛油       50 g
  • 幼砂糖           40 g
  • 蛋液              10 g
  • 低筋麵粉      90 g
  • 杏仁粉          20 g
  • 原粒杏仁    10 – 12 顆
  • 檸檬皮屑   1 / 2 小匙 (增添香氣,可省略)

做法

1. 牛油切丁,室溫軟化 ( 用手指按牛油即下陷 ) ,加入砂糖,用刮刀壓軟

2. 加入蛋液拌勻

3. 加入麵粉、杏仁粉、檸檬皮屑磨碎,拌勻成麵糰

4. 將麵糰切成手指狀,用手捏成手指形,在一端放原粒杏仁當指甲,用小刀劃出節紋

5. 預熱烤箱 180°C,烘烤15 – 20 分鐘,放在網架上放涼

Step aside, there’s a scary new dessert for the season. This Halloween, prepare some truly ghoulish monster finger cookies. It is easy to make and kids will love it. Have Fun !

Ingredients ( Makes 10 – 12 )

  • 50 g Unsalted Butter
  • 40 g Caster Sugar
  • 10 g Eggs
  • 90 g Cake Flour
  • 20 g Almond Flour
  • 10 ~ 12 Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest

Preparation

1. Dice butter into cubes, let it warm in room temperature. In a large bowl, rub the butter with sugar until it breaks into small pieces. Press with a rubber spatula until soft.

2. Then mix in egg, the flour and almond flour and lemon zest.

3. Divide the dough into 12 parts. Using your hands and working quickly, roll it into a finger shape. Place the fingers about 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Stick a almond on 1 end of each for the fingernails. Use a table knife to make some crosswise knuckle marks on each cookie.

4. Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake until lightly golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
