素焦糖醬【天然楓糖漿】Homemade Vegan Caramel Recipe

可製作 150 ~ 200 g 的爆米花
素食堅果醬 Vegan Caramel (甜)
- 杏仁堅果醬 Raw Almond Butter 120 g (任何一種堅果醬都可以,如何打堅果醬點這裏)
- 有機椰子油 Organic Coconut Oil 30 g
- 楓糖漿 Maple Syrup 70 g
- 自製香草精 Homemade Vanilla Extract 1/4 小匙
- 岩鹽 Himalayan Salt 少許

做法
- 堅果醬、椰子油、楓糖漿、岩鹽及香草精加入小鍋中,小火加熱,慢慢把濃稠的材料攪拌變軟,充份混合
- 攪拌均勻至醬料不黏鍋底,離火
- 把爆好的爆米花加入到堅果醬中,讓爆米花均勻沾上堅果醬




Most flavour, decadent and delicious vegan caramel with just 5 ingredients. Enjoy with popcorn, ice cream, apples or spread on bread if you like.
Vegan Caramel (Sweet)
- 120 g Raw Almond Butter (Any Kind of Nut Butter will do, Homemade Nut Butter Click Here)
- 30 g Organic Coconut Oil
- 70 g Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Homemade Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Whisk together over low medium heat approximately 3 minutes until all ingredients are melted together.
- Remove from heat.
- Add popcorn to it and stir until all popcorn are coated with the caramels. As the caramel cools, it becomes thicker.
Tips
- Let it cool and keep in air-tight container for about 2 ~ 3 weeks.
