可製作 150 ~ 200 g 的爆米花

素食堅果醬  Vegan Caramel (甜)

做法

  1. 堅果醬、椰子油、楓糖漿、岩鹽及香草精加入小鍋中,小火加熱,慢慢把濃稠的材料攪拌變軟,充份混合
  2. 攪拌均勻至醬料不黏鍋底,離火
  3. 把爆好的爆米花加入到堅果醬中,讓爆米花均勻沾上堅果醬

Most flavour, decadent and delicious vegan caramel with just 5 ingredients. Enjoy with popcorn, ice cream, apples or spread on bread if you like.

Vegan Caramel (Sweet)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Whisk together over low medium heat approximately 3 minutes until all ingredients are melted together.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add popcorn to it and stir until all popcorn are coated with the caramels.  As the caramel cools, it becomes thicker.

Tips

  • Let it cool and keep in air-tight container for about 2 ~ 3 weeks.
